Must hold a high school diploma with a minimum GPA of 90% depending on the track: Scientific track for (1444 AH). General, Health & Life, or Computer Science & Engineering tracks for (1445 AH, 1446 AH).
High school diploma must not be older than the last three years (1444 AH, 1445 AH, 1446 AH).
Preference in admission is given to current year graduates.
Must not be over 23 years old at the time of application.
Must be fully dedicated to studying.
Minimum score of 70% in the General Aptitude Test (Qudurat) and 65% in the Scientific Achievement Test (Tahsili).
Must meet minimum English proficiency: STEP (50), IELTS (3.5), TOEFL IBT (32), TOEFL CPT (97), or TOEFL PBT (403).
Must pass the medical examination.
Must not have been previously dismissed for academic or disciplinary reasons from the college or any other college.
Must not have a current or previous record in the college.

Admitted students must pledge to work as civilians in any unit of the General Directorate of Health Services for a period equal to the program duration.
