Acceptance Requirements

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national or treated as a Saudi.
  • The applicant must have a high school diploma or its equivalent from within or outside the Kingdom.
  • The applicant must have a score of at least 50 in both the GAT (Qudurat) and SAAT (Tahsili) exams to compete for all university majors.
  • The applicant must be medically fit, and the university reserves the right to change the applicant's major if their health condition is not suitable for the major they were accepted into.
  • The applicant must be a full-time student.
  • Approval from the employer for full-time study if the applicant is working in a government or private entity.
  • The applicant must not have been dismissed from the university or any other university for disciplinary reasons.
  • Must successfully pass any test or interview specified by the relevant department.
  • No student is accepted to apply for two academic degrees at the same time.
  • The applicant must not be enrolled in another university.
  • Preference for admission is given to those who obtained their high school diploma or its equivalent within the last five years.
  • Preference for admission to health majors is given to those who obtained their high school diploma within the last three years.
  • Admission requirements for the bachelor's stage apply to all diploma programs at the university.
